This was the coolest morning  and day I’ve felt in weeks.  Cloudy and not as humid.  Figures.  I’m not riding today, and the weather was the best in weeks.  That’s ok, though.   I walked to Walmart  to replace things like toothpaste and sunscreen.  It was a pleasant walk.  Didn’t even break a sweat.

Did laundry and read my book. A pleasant relaxing day.
